This phase can also include a comparative review of any individual’s report highlights, including the strengths and challenges of their behavioral styles.
Phase III: Communication Workshop for Teams
An interactive workshop from ½ day to full day with participating team members to learn about the language of DISC, review each of their DISC graphs, motivators and rank their Communication Do’ s and Don’ts and learn how to communicate more effectively with each other. Additionally, provide an overview of how to recognize client and prospective client’s communication styles and strategies for integrating their styles to improve customer service and increase sales.
